. Responsibilities include project management, analyst and programming
in both Java and Cobol. Key accomplishments are:
o Successful implementation of web services in CICS for the
WORKDAY accounting software interface. Used DFHWS2LS to generate
bindings and XML conversion from given WSDL's. Also included
setting up CICS pipeline definitions for SOAP messaging and
adding customization for WSSE web services security. Lead a
team of programmers within the Enterprise Services Solutions
Group.
o Participant in team to write Shelter model conversions from the
Enterprise data model using JAVA and JDBC calls against data
elements stored in DB2.
o Successfully leading the technology Proof of Concept project for
the Serena ZMF/ZDD client on eclipse (Changeman eclipse plug-
in).
o Successful completion of VIN Validation project to reduce VIN
errors enterprise wide.
o Lead instruction on SQL/PL stored procedures implementation as a
preferred method of data retrieval across multiple platforms
using Data Studio
o Consolidation of Policy Inquiry Service(s) in CICS using MQ as
delivery mechanism by moving to a java based JDBC data retrieval
process and exposing the data enterprise wide via XML. Also
provided client consumption via CICS using CICS XML assistant to
bind XSD to CICS containers with data being retrieved by COBOL
programs.
o Led proof of concept using CICS API to allow HTTP calls from
mainframe batch (using MQ as delivery piece).
o Successfully transferred role as primary contact and support
analyst for the State liability reporting standards across 13
states to two other employees allowing my time to free up for
project management.
o Addition of Arkansas and Oklahoma as valid participants in the
Insurance Verification Services, an online outward facing web
service with the back end in CICS
