SUMMARY
Most recently, I served as a Contract Administrator for Northrop Grumman on a $356m per year
contract to transform the Commonwealth’s IT Infrastructure and I provided, in part, risk
mitigation, contract compliance/interpretation, performance metrics SLA’s/KPI’s, management
reporting and presentations, negotiating terms and pricing, writing correspondence, project
management, proposal preparation, and archiving of deliverables and other contractual items.
Expertise also includes high dollar complex procurement and contract administration services
under contracts from state, commercial, and federal government. This includes using both
negotiated and sealed bid type procurements for various contract types in order to obtain a
myriad of products and services including engorging, construction, consulting, software
development, IT services, and many others.
Most recent education was the completion of the Villanova's Master Contracts Certificate
program in 2013. This program took over a year to complete and covered the buyer and seller’s
perspective including best practices in both the commercial and federal arenas.
