-I deal directly with all personnel paperwork including all contracts
between the company and our employees as well as documentation required for
international travel, random drug testing, and insurance enrollment.
-For each engagement I deal directly with the health department, ensuring
that all our food tables and factories are up to the health regulations of
the state that we are currently playing.
-Assuring upwards of 40 employees on the concourse are stocked with all
necessary items in order to be successful during selling periods. This
includes distribution of uniforms, merchandise, cleaning supplies, and
proper pricing,
-Documentation of the location of each stand for future contracts between
facilities and Feld.
-Coordinate travel days including flight lists, collecting of rent, hotel
reservations/rooming lists, employee meals and scheduling of dry cleaners.
-Completion of our employee lineup for each week using software programs
such as EIS, Artesia and the Intranet.
-On opening day and closing night of each engagement It was necessary to
complete a full inventory of each one of our operators. I dealt directly
with my manager and the operators to make sure that our stock books were
accurate with the correct inventory in our trucks and with each stand.
