revenue cycle testing (PRCT) and ICD-10 in preparation for three hospital go-live for HB and multiple clinics for
SBO including provider based billing.
SCH was second Epic customer for new go-live on 2014 version and achieved complete return to HB revenue
baseline by day five.

Successfully validated, tested, built, implemented and supported Resolute Hospital Billing and Single Billing Office
on 2012 version across five hospital locations and multiple provider based clinics. Three of the five were critical
access hospitals requiring additional build and testing for method II billing requirements.
Served as key member in several integrated groups across the project including: report liaison (including extracts),
