Increase floral commode profits by $23,000 or 8%, by more closely controlling inventories after thoroughly
analyzing division profit and loss statements.
Realized a profit of nearly $9,000 on sales of $14,000 by examining, selecting and negotiating purchase of a
product that would yield this high return on a seasonal item.
