• Managed a team of 45 phlebotomist in five states.
• Served as the focal point for patient services and the delivery of the patient laboratory test results
through the NLS Web Portal.
• Recruited, hired and trained all new employees in the CKD Division.
• Implemented the training of eWerks3 and established new nephrology accounts.
• Assisted the sales team in presenting eWerks3 to potential clients.
• Coordinated and set up the computer systems for access to eWerks3 and the NLS Web Portal for

(HIPPA) and Office of the Inspector General guidelines (OIG) to CKD remote employees’ and

methodologies to deliver an integrated laboratory solution for CKD clients.
• Created specialized renal assessment reports, which were adopted by other NLS Divisions to
support their client base.

• As division lead, performed the pre-opening processes, implemented NLS supporting software,
created patient database and trained client employees.
• Established and operated three patient service centers in the Tampa Bay area.
• Managed four phlebotomists in Florida and five field service representatives across multiple
states.
• Conducted training for specimen processing, shipment, and the use of eWerks3 and eWerks for
new account users and End-stage Renal Disease (ESRD) employees.

readily accessible through the NLS Web Portal, served as the liaison between the following NLS
Divisions: General Medical, Medical Doctor Very Important Patients, and the End Stage Renal
