Reference Contract/Subcontracting Positions,

Please accept my resume to review for the Commercial Program Management and

Contract/Subcontracting positions. Please note I have considerable

experience in the start up, staffing, and organization of EPC Construction

(Power Generation 700 Mega Watt Simple cycle and Combined Cycle Units)

reporting direct to the General Contractor, and Manufacturing. My exposure

to SAP, ISO, QSO, Malcolm Baldridge, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, R & D

Simultaneous Engineering, DARS, FARS, DOD, CAS Manufacturing and Strong

Supply Chain Management skills would be a major asset to your client's

organization.

My accomplishments in the area of Subcontracts Management are in the

development of Best Practices and implementation of a Supplier

Certification program for three major companies utilizing the ISO 9000/1

format. I have also been instrumental in Claims Management for three large

scope power generation facilities. Prior to first fire and during start up

to final warranty period I was responsible for recovery of and

implementation of contracts to resolve or recover funds. In this effort my

responsibility was to recover dollars from General Contractors,

Subcontractors and or to hire the Labor and Engineered Equipment required

with the new subcontractor to fix the punch list issue as defined by the

contract, site management, and client construction manager. I have been

very successful in a recent project in Ironwood, PA in recovering $9.5

million dollars for punch list outstanding claims.

I have start up Management experience in Construction and three major

manufacturing companies without supervision. I have recently been involved

in the Construction of a 520 Mega Watt Gas Fired power generation station

and a Project installing 547 Power Generation Wind Turbines. My

responsibilities were in Technology transfer, Contract Administration,

contract development, negotiations, and management of Contractors and Sub-

Contractors for all aspects of 100 ton Wind Turbine Installations at

multiple sites across the United States and Canada. I have managed the

Wind Turbine Nacelle component resourcing from European Countries to the

United States.

My Management of Global Purchasing has provided an opportunity to establish

an excellent International Supplier base of which I have been very

successful in achieving company goals of quality improvements, least total

cost, technology transfer, and improved on time delivery. This effort was

again through the efforts of Contract development and Administration and

review with the contractors on Punch List issues.

My cost saving efforts again generated in excess of $3,500,000.00 through

Energy Management systems, Natural Gas acquisition, Supplier reduction,

price negotiations, and commodities purchases.

My education, team concepts, and manufacturing management experience along

with my skills and motivation would allow me to make a positive

contribution to any organization.

I welcome the opportunity to discuss my qualifications with you. I can be

reached at Cell phone 303-***-****.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Michael L. Church
