Job Function: Responsible for coordinating all employees (Management
and Directs) required safety training in Behavioral Based Safety and
Corporate Regulatory Safety Compliance, to support Quad Graphics safety
policies and programs. Coordinate classroom safety training and maintain
all employee safety training records. Role model safety to promote an
accident-free workplace. Conduct plant safety audits, implement safety
policies and programs to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal
law. Coordinate all annual and/or new hire safety training requirements.
Provide ongoing instruction of OSHA required disciplines. Review and update

Job Function: Responsible for coordinating all elements of the Ice
Department to maintain a smooth running and efficient operation. Enforce
company policies and procedures in all areas of department operations,
"Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), Housekeeping and
Sanitation". Manage shift operation personnel to ensure that all day-to-day
store orders and shift inventory run smooth and timely. Ensure that the
shift contributes to the best financial interest of the company.
2005-2008: Plant Safety Supervisor.

safety audits.
2003-2004: Mechanical Engineering Department, Lubrication Technician.
Job Function: Perform lubrication preventative maintenance (PM's)
service on assigned job logs. Inspect equipment and notate any additional
repairs needed to equipment and forward to equipment service scheduler.
Perform any additional repair service as per Senior Chief Engineer
requests. Ensure that all equipment and tools are in safe working order.
Maintain repair shop in a safe orderly fashion per Kroger corporate company

and/or ordered from vendors. Ensure all repair equipment and tools are in
safe working order. Maintain repair shop in a safe orderly fashion per

2001: Production Department, Finished Product Cold Storage.
Job Function: Operate gallon and half gallon bottle cart stacking
machines. Obtain carts from cart staging area and position in machine.
Position full carts in proper product staging areas as designated by
product labels. Ensure machines, carts and work area in a safe orderly
fashion as per Kroger corporate company policies and procedures.
