I am seeking a challenging leadership position with a company that will

I am an energetic and organized individual with strengths that include

experience in a fast paced food/beverage bottling environment, and fast

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

2013 - 2014 Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator, Quad Graphics,

Inc, Riverside, California.

Job Function: Responsible for coordinating all employees (Management

and Directs) required safety training in Behavioral Based Safety and

Corporate Regulatory Safety Compliance, to support Quad Graphics safety

policies and programs. Coordinate classroom safety training and maintain

all employee safety training records. Role model safety to promote an

accident-free workplace. Conduct plant safety audits, implement safety

policies and programs to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal

law. Coordinate all annual and/or new hire safety training requirements.

Provide ongoing instruction of OSHA required disciplines. Review and update

all safety class-room materials, work department postings, and Job Safety

Analysis (JSA's) documents to identify and avoid work-related hazards.

Participate in accident and incident investigations to determine root

causes and provide action plans to correct safety issues.

2009-2011: Creamery Production Supervisor.

Job function: Responsible for the daily activities of assigned shift.

Manager, Leads, and all employees necessary in the operations process.

Monitor production process to ensure quality, quantity, and safety of

products. Receive and resolve operation problems for shift. Provide a broad

knowledge base of all core business functions critical to the manufacturing

improvement to maintain company goal of 85% reliability on production

2008-2009: Ice Plant Production Supervisor.

Job Function: Responsible for coordinating all elements of the Ice

Department to maintain a smooth running and efficient operation. Enforce

company policies and procedures in all areas of department operations,

"Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), Housekeeping and

Sanitation". Manage shift operation personnel to ensure that all day-to-day

store orders and shift inventory run smooth and timely. Ensure that the

shift contributes to the best financial interest of the company.

2005-2008: Plant Safety Supervisor.

Job Function: Responsible for coordinating with HR all employee

(Management and Directs) safety training in Behavioral Based Safety and

Corporate Regulatory Safety Compliance to support Kroger safety polcies and

programs. Coordinate classroom safety training and maintain all employee

safety training records. Role model safety to promote an accident-free

workplace. Conduct plant safety audits, implement safety policies and

programs to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal law.

class-room safety training. Maintain and ensure current behavior based

training materials and records of all plant personnel are documented in

employee safety files. Ensure that all safety binders, tests and

presentation materials are current in preparation for Kroger corporate

safety audits.

2003-2004: Mechanical Engineering Department, Lubrication Technician.

Job Function: Perform lubrication preventative maintenance (PM's)

service on assigned job logs. Inspect equipment and notate any additional

repairs needed to equipment and forward to equipment service scheduler.

Perform any additional repair service as per Senior Chief Engineer

requests. Ensure that all equipment and tools are in safe working order.

Maintain repair shop in a safe orderly fashion per Kroger corporate company

policies and procedures.

2001-2003: Mechanical Engineering Department, Finished Product Cart

Repair.

Job Function: Ensure all milk production carts are in good working

condition. Perform all needed service to the carts (i.e; wheel

repair/bearing/bushings replacement, stainless steel welding as needed to

shelves, bottle guard gates). Ensure that cart repair supplies are on hand

and/or ordered from vendors. Ensure all repair equipment and tools are in

safe working order. Maintain repair shop in a safe orderly fashion per

Kroger corporate company policies and procedures.

2001: Production Department, Finished Product Cold Storage.

Job Function: Operate gallon and half gallon bottle cart stacking

machines. Obtain carts from cart staging area and position in machine.

Position full carts in proper product staging areas as designated by

product labels. Ensure machines, carts and work area in a safe orderly

fashion as per Kroger corporate company policies and procedures.
