Software Specialist III / System Integration & Testing Engineer
• Supported Lockheed Martine Canada and the Halifax Class Modernization (HCM) program
responsible for proper activation and operation of the Combat System Computing Environment
(CSCE) including non-operational COTS applications, configuration and computer program
operation and interface with other subsystems.
• Wrote trial agendas and test procedures that were used to verify the integration and
acceptance of subsystems, system performance and system functionality, supporting the creation and
conduct of the Engineering Assessments to be conducted at each software build, identify and resolve
Combat System interface issues and analyze test results and report findings as necessary to isolate
failures found during functional testing.
• Performed various levels of integration and system testing, including, developing test
procedures that will verify the integration and functionality of the HCM combat system.
• Performed fault isolation of subsystem faults that impact the integration and testing of
assigned systems, conducting tests, ensuring all data is recorded in test management system, logging
and investigating deficiencies.

• Responsible for the leadership, wellbeing and training of a large team of highly trained
technical professionals who perform the systems analysis, fault-finding and maintenance to assure
their equipment’s peak performance.
• Responsible for the Tired Readiness Programme (TRP) management of force generation and
the operations programme for all ships assigned to Maritime Pacific Command.

near the completion of their work periods.

practices ensuring critical program milestones were met.
