consisting of 3700 homes,3 Fitness Centers,12 Swimming

Pools, a large Ballroom and a number of Lifestyle

buildings and Retail shops and Offices. Managed 18

fulltime employees and a $750,000 budget. In addition

to the Maintenance Department I also managed the

housekeeping department, consisting of a staff of 18

employees.

pre-construction meetings through the first year of

assurance inspections of new homes throughout the

construction process, up to and including walking the

homebuyer through their new home prior to closing.

Managed a sub-contractor base of over 40 trades and

assigned work based on warranty calls at each home

Managed all subdivision expenses and repeatedly led the

nation in least expenditures per home.

Recognized from 2004 thru 2008 for having the highest

satisfaction level in the Central Florida division. Our

division was the recipient of 4 continuous JD Power

awards with my subdivision achieving the highest
