Manager of Outside Plant and Collocation facilities, responsible for all assigned OSP engineering, construction,

site surveys, network maintenance and network expansion throughout New Hampshire. The network was a

220 route mile network, extending from Keene NH to White River, VT. I managed the build out of CATTS

and collocations in several ILEC central offices and CLEC POP locations. I met all project objectives including

forecast development, schedules, performance, and budgets. I was responsible for acquisition & management

including licensing for the company projects right of way and easements. Work with third party fiber providers

to help in off-net solutions including dark fiber network design, acquisition and provisioning. Manage the

construction of the company collocation facilities which included hiring and managing of sub-contractors for

the Construction, Power, HVAC, Fire Alarm and equipment installation.

Waveguide Inc - Chelmsford, MA - April 2008 to August 2011

Responsible to evaluate, design, and estimate customer (CLEC's, ILEC's and CATV) telecom distribution

needs and implement required solutions. Worked with other company department (Engineering, OSP

construction and Fiber Splicing) leads to ensure customer work was completed on time and implemented

according to the scope of work. I was responsible for communicating and tracking the status of the project to

upper management and customers on a weekly basis from the inception to completion. Coach, develop and

engaged the field personnel to increase their abilities while enhancing their own careers.

Managed all phases for new construction and remodeling projects. Responsible for compliance, scheduling

and managing employees, subcontractors, vendors and work crews through all construction phases.

Manager of Outside Plant; responsible for all assigned OSP engineering, construction, feasibility studies,

network maintenance and network expansion throughout the New England and Mid Atlantic States. The

network was a 4800 route mile and 230,000 fiber mile fiber optic networks, extending from Maine to Virginia.
