EXPERIENCE:

Provided replication of threat devices found in Iraq and Afghanistan theatre of operations. Incorporate
the knowledge of the training tactics and procedures used by the enemy and to use this data to provide
support to Counter-IED enablers in support of JIEDDO attack the network defeat the device
initiatives.
Subject matters expert in Counter- IED training tactics and procedures in support of attack the
network defeat the device. Coordinates and develops analysis and prototyping of emerging threats
and future threats with other government agencies and defense contractors in support of the
warfighter. Ensure that each initiative followed testing guidelines for utilizing replicated threats in
accordance with ordering devices that are/were seen and used against coalition forces worldwide.
Coordinate and provide instruction of Domestic counter terrorism training to Law enforcement
professionals. Provide predictive analysis of potential terrorist activity on domestic soil.
As the Assistant FSO provided training to personnel and insured that the facility met all DSS
accreditation of the facility. Coordinated with DSS representative to attend training in order to
facilitate a more efficient training and direct a NISPOM based security program. Performed daily
security inspections and audits to maintain full accountability of all classified documents.
Dec. 2009 – May 2013: Electronic Warfare Officer/ Facilities Security Officer

Conduct over the shoulder classroom and in the field training and mentoring for Army personnel in
support of ongoing Counter-IED operations in the Iraq and Afghanistan theatre of operations.
Instructed personnel on the proper fusion of all source data to be used for effective Concept of
Operations (CONOP) building.
Provide expertise and operational relevance within the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat
Organization's (JIEDDO) C-IED Defeat the Device and Attack the Network operations and provide
adaptive EW solutions and by staying current with emerging technologies. Provide near real-world
training on how to incorporate Electronic Warfare as a force multiplier in the Global fights on
Terrorism.
Duties included organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating operations, threat
environments, unit maintenance and intermediate level support maintenance of EW systems and
employment of electronic warfare counter-ied measures.

annual security refresher briefings to members assigned to the facility. Performed daily security

Operations Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia:
Lead Trainer for operations department. Conduct knowledge skills assessment for all Intelligence
analysts in support of Electronic Order of Battle (EOB) and Air Order of Battle (AOB) for ELINT
and SIGINT Direct support subject matter experts.
Provide intelligence targeting support products and “reach-back” support to forward-deployed
elements as required.
Provide intelligence-based assessments for use by tactical operators and planners during mission-
planning cycle. Interface with representatives from other government and intelligence organizations.
Supported fusion analysis of All-Source intelligence and analysis using automated systems, national
level databases, and Open-Source information to assess threats, trends and develop comprehensive
intelligence reports, presentations, maps, and charts based on research, collection, and analysis of
intelligence data, utilizing tools such as INTELINK, SIPRNET, GOOGLE-EARTH, ANALYST
NOTEBOOK.
Jan 2007- Mar2008 – C-IED INSTRUCTOR/Intelligence Analyst, CJTF TROY,
Camp Victory, IRAQ (DEPLOYED)
Task Force Troy Liaison Officer coordinated with each Liaison Officer to create and show the
complete battlefield picture to Multinational Forces Iraq- Commander. Provide multi-intelligence
analysis and fusion in support of counter-IED efforts. Track and analyze IED events, trends and
tactics for support of all EOD units in Iraq.
Provided detailed intelligence briefings to key leaders on pre and post CONOPS in the IRAQI AOR.
Provide daily SITREPS on IED/ Counter-IED operations to the TF Commanders. Maintain database
on specified targets intelligence, process current and historical data collected, made requests for
information to internal and external agencies as needed in support of mission planning.
Provide training to Brigade and Battalion Electronic Warfare Officers to develop Intelligence Concept
of Operations (CONOPS) for collection assets in theater (including air and ground assets) to ensure
the optimal placement of Counter-IED equipment, vehicle and personnel in order to best serve the US
and coalition forces in the Iraqi theatre utilizing the ARATS tools. Provide multi-intelligence analysis
and fusion in support of counter-IED efforts.
Facilitated courses of instruction consisting of utilization of the ARATS system, CONOP building and
proper implementation of CREW systems and proper spacing of vehicles to the recognition of enemy
caches and proper reporting within the CIDNE systems.
Oct 2003 – Dec 2006 – All Source Analyst/ Curriculum Development
Navy Information Operations Center, Denver, CO.
Duties included fusion analysis procedures, curriculum maintenance and reviews as well as
knowledge skills assessment of subordinate joint military Navy, Air Force and Army OPELINT
instructors in support of national overhead systems (IBS-S, IBS-I, NRTD, Naval Space) and
provided fleet operational training using subsystem Generic Area Limitation Environment-Lite
(GALE-Lite), Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-M), Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT),
and Standard Tactical Receive Equipment, INTELINK, WRANGLER.
Provide direct support to tactical war fighters, major joint commands, and national agencies providing
near-real-time threat warning information to deployed forces by resolving current ambiguities within
the databases.
Conducted knowledge skills assessments and testing for all Intelligence analysts’ students and Senior
Analyst for proficiency in support of Electronic Order of Battle (EOB) Air Order of Battle (AOB) and
Ground Order of Battle (GOB) for ELINT and SIGINT Direct support subject matter experts for all
the countries within the USNAVCENTCOM AOR.
Perform intelligence analysis in response to RFIs and Product Verification Reporting. Provide
intelligence targeting support products and “reach-back” support to forward-deployed elements as
