Responsible for Project Management & Contract Closing of BOP Packages (Ash Handling Plant, Mill Reject, H2

System, Industrial gases, CW Pumps) of 2 x 700 MW Coal fired Super Critical Thermal Power Plant on a Build

Own and Operate (BOO) basis at Rajpura, Punjab.

Responsibilities

Coordination of engineering activity, tracking of Engineering Deliverables like drawing/data

sheet, General Arrangement and layout and PID’s between EPC engineering consultant, owner &

owner’s consultant for timely submission of deliverables & to meet project schedule

Finalization of DCD’s, Technical Specification, Commercial Coordination, Scope of BOP

•

packages (like Ash Handling Plant, Mill Reject Handling System, Hydrogen Generation Plant, Industrial

gases (CO2, N2))

Monitoring and follow up with EPC consultant & SCM by providing purchase requisition,

•

enquiry floating, bid evaluation & vendor order finalization

Attending Pre bid & Post bid, Kick off meeting with contractors

•

Attending Technical Review Meeting, Contract Review Meeting with contractors

•

Preparation of Project Requisition, GRN, service entries of Project using SAP PM Module

•

Finalization of vendor L2 schedule, MDL, L3 schedule

•

Coordination & follow up with vendor & EPC consultant for approval of drawing/datasheet

Coordination with vendor for advance license, provide necessary input to vendors

Arranging Project Authority Certificate from Central Excise Authority, liaison with government

Co ordination with consultant for grant of CCOE license to fill hydrogen cylinders from HGP
