. Recruiting IT professionals by direct recruiting, cold calling (high

volume), referrals, internet (posting jobs and

sourcing),interviewing

(performing technical skills assessments), closing and qualifying

candidates, and rewriting resumes.

. Responsible for recruiting Permanent as well as Contract to Hire from

Middle to Senior Level Positions. (SE/SSE/TL).

. Recruited senior Programmers (Java, C#, Quality Assurance,)

Business Analysis, Project Managers, Techwriters and

Administrators.

. Skill mapping those profiles and conducting the initial technical

phone screening

. Taking candidate's availability and scheduling interviews both in

India and Onsite

. Compensation negotiations and rolling out offer.

. Primarily held responsible in qualifying the right resource for the

right job there by professionally evaluating the resume before being

submitted to the end client.

. Resolves or escalates client issues in a timely manner

. Discuss & negotiate the salary proposal with the shortlisted

candidates.

. Responsible for handling recruitment for support function.

Weekend/ Walk-in drives and Campus Recruitment

. Organized and conducted Weekly Recruitment drives (general walk-in &

Scheduled drives)

locations across the country

Operations, Offer Roll out Process & Joining Formalities

. Preparing folders containing documents of the candidates who

were slated to join us and share them with the record

management team on weekly basis.

. Interacting with HR Back-end team for rolling out the offers
