In 1998 I obtained my CDL Class A, I now hold the same with Haz Mat, Tanker and Doubles,
I’ve never been suspended, revoked and/or denied driving privileges, I have never been convicted
of a DUI, Reckless Driving or serious violation .
In June 2012 I were convicted and fined for “going the wrong way on a 1 way”, I paid a fine and
accrued a conviction, and in 2008 I were convicted for an “improper lane change” violation where
I was also fined.
Employment History : Current M. Tanzillo Trucking Incorporated located in Vernon Hills, Illinois
where I perform driving functions in the construction industry, my experience here involve driving
a 22 foot semi dump truck, occasionally operating machines such as backhoe combination, and
skid steer machines from makers such as Gehl, Bobcat and Caterpillar in the loading and
unloading of the companies equipment.

My experience consisted of my being assigned to work for various companies in need of drivers
for a company known as Pro Driver Leasing Systems Incorporated out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
for a period of time spanning from July, 2010 through July, 2014. My experience varied as did the
customers I was assigned to fill in at from straight trucks and 20 foot pup trailers performing
pick up and delivery with liftgates to hauling 53 foot trailers as well as various types of
transmissions and gear patterns.
As I filled in for various customers and working alongside diverse groups of people from one
customer to another I feel and have been told that I have the ability in fitting in and adapting to the
ever changing environment we all live and work in on any given day in Illinois.
Last Previous Expedited Freight of Kenosha, Wisconsin
For a short time April 2014 through June, 2014 I were employed for Expedited Freight of
Kenosha, Wisconsin
Tractor Trailers were the primary vehicles driven, the experience I gained were pick up and
delivery, drop and hook, onsite shifting all utilizing various types of trucks and trailers .
Last Previous UPS, Addison, Illinois from 11/2013 to 01/2014 as seasonal help My experience
here involved hooking and unhooking doubles, inspecting these vehicles for transport, perform
pre and post trip inspections, perform pick up and delivery functions in inspecting freight and its
corresponding paperwork for accuracy and communicating with dispatch throughout my shift
with regard to the various functions set forth from day to day and ensuring that each day were
completed in a satisfactory manner.
Last Previous Generally Trucking Incorporated My experience for the past ten years are
summed up by my being self employed for the most part since April, 2004 through June, 2013 as
an Owner Operator serving as COO on behalf of Generally Trucking Incorporated out of Elgin,
Illinois, acting as COO I gained experience in overseeing various facets of the business e.g
credentials of others who worked for me as well as maintaining my own vehicle ( tractor trailer ),
bookkeeping and dispatch.
My interests are in local employment, OTR and / or Journeymen type work will not be an option
at the present !
