OBJECTIVE:

I am seeking a position with full benefits with a top company. I offer 30

plus years of experience in the construction trades as a ICBO Building

Inspector, Company Owner, Contractor, Estimator, Corporate Quality Control

Manager, and Project Manager.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CORPORATE QUALITY CONTROL

I have successfully managed and completed multi-million dollar solar

projects for Sun Edison at various California Correctional Institutions.

While on-site I also served as the Corporate Quality Control and Safety

Officer.

I have successfully managed and completed hundreds of multi-million dollar

projects for Allright Construction, Inc., Allright Diversified, Inc.,

General Electric Corp. (Modular Space Division), Mauldin-Dorfmeier

Construction, Inc., and Braun Electric, Roper IBG; Thor Electric.

All projects were successfully completed on time or before the designated

completion date for a completion bonus. Most projects included significant

change order up-charges in addition to the original contract amount.

Construction Projects included Army Corps of Engineers Projects; Federal

Military Installation Projects; Veterans Administration Projects; various

projects in numerous Counties across California for Police, Sheriffs, and

Fire Departments; various projects in numerous Cities and Municipalities

for Police and Fire Departments; and other private construction projects.

In addition to heavy civil and government construction projects I also

successfully completed and managed ex-patriot electrical construction and

service and national training for: J Ray McDermott Corp.; OPI; and OSTI.

All of these companies contracted with Chevron Oil in Nigeria for

Construction, Repair and Service as well as National Electrical Training

for Offshore Oil Exploration, Drilling and Production. I successfully

trained and supervised teams of Nationals as well as an Ex-Patriot team of

Electricians on numerous Exploration, Drilling and Production Platforms.

These teams were responsible for all electrical production and maintenance

for Turbines, Generators and Motors as well as the lower voltage electrical

to run lights, stoves, etc.

BUILDING INSPECTOR/SPECIAL INSPECTOR

2001 to present I hold an ICBO/ICC Building Inspector Certification.

Since 1998 I have served as a special inspector for compaction,

construction, steal, rebar, anchors, concrete, masonry, grounding systems,

sample and testing of soil, aggregate.

As an inspector I have served as a special inspector for all of the

projects with Allright Construction, Inc., Allright Diversified, Inc.,

General Electric Corp and Krazan and Associates. Being a Certified

Building Inspection gave added credibility to all the companies that I

worked for and enabled said companies to eliminate extra costs that would

have been incurred while contracting for outside inspection service.

As an estimator I successfully bid hundreds of multi-million dollar

construction projects with Allright construction, Inc.; Alright

Diversified, Inc.; General Electric Corp. (Modular Space Division)' Mauldin-

Dorfmeier Construction, Inc.; Braun Electric; Roper IBG and Thor Electric.

All of the successful bids were all completed either under my direct

supervision or under a Project Manager or Construction Manager that was

under my direct supervision.

Responsible for Supervision of all Sub Contractors, Corporate

Safety and Quality Control for installation of Solar Fields, Sub

Stations, Transfer Station and all other Tie In's with PG&E for

complete solar electrical usage. Liaison between Sun Edison and

State Facilities/End Users. Responsible for successful

connections with PG&E and Southern CA Edison. Sole

representative for Sun Edison on all assigned projects

Senior Pacific Division Estimator. Responsible for all Building

Estimates for the Western States for General Electric Modular

Space Division. Responsible for selected Project Management for

General Electric Modular Space Division.

2002/2003 Mauldin-Dorfmeier Construction, Inc., Fresno, CA

Heavy Civil Estimator. Estimator for all Heavy Civil

Engineering Construction Projects. Secured bids from sub-

contractors, secured quotes from suppliers, set-up cost reports,

set-up labor report, data analysis, data entry, verified all

specifications for projects and made sure all items were on

prints and accounted for, job walks, rough assessments, assessed

soil/boring reports, submitted RFI's, submitted bids to:

private, local, state, and federal clients, set-up work

schedule. Coordinated job with Project Manager from start to

finish and did job analysis upon completion of job.

2000/2001 Braun Electric, Bakersfield, CA

Project Manager: Supervised Oil Field Related Projects, i.e.;

cogens, substations, power lines (overhead and underground),

water plants, etc. Estimates, purchases, scheduling, inspection

and quality assurance, interfaced with customers, inspectors,

subcontractors, and other third party entities.

Owner: Founded in 1977. ICC/ICBO Building Inspector.

California State Licensed Electrical Contractor (C-10, currently

inactive). I have executed and completed various jobs in the

oil industry in California, Texas, Louisiana, Nigeria, Canada,

and Scotland including; new construction, sub stations

installition, repair and maintenance of various types of

equipment and facilities, including co-gen units. I have

successfully completed various jobs at educational facilities

including, new and retrofit construction, new sub stations, back-

up generator installations, new HVAC units, new utility service

Maintenance and Operations Electrician: Took care of all

electrical maintenance and/or installation. This includes;

lights, motors, heaters, generators, transformers, panels,

overhead and underground repairs, sub stations, switch gear,

elevators, microwave, TV, phones, fiber optics, etc. Trouble-

shooting, new installations and advise in the selection of

electrical equipment. Ordered and maintained electrical stock.

1984/2001 Sierra Equestrian Center, Clovis, CA

Owner: Jensen's Ojai Arabians was founded in 1984 and continued

to 1991 when we moved to Clovis and changed the name to Sierra

Equestrian Center and went from being a Breeding and Training

Ranch to an Events Ranch. We now put on Equestrian Events. We

hold horse shows, clinics, trail rides, trail trials, etc.

1983/1984 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee, LA, CA

Transportation Manager: (paid position). Duties included;

scheduling athlete's transportation from their arrival in the US

to UCSB Olympic Village. Scheduling daily transportation for

the athletes from UCSB to Lake Casitas and back for competition,

training, practices, etc. Arranging all officials' private

transportation for practices, competition and social events.

Oversaw and regulated all vehicular movement at the venue.

Organized and maintained all parking (competitors, buses,

spectators, volunteers and employees) at the venue (over 2 miles

of parking). Scheduled arrival of all boats and equipment.

Coordinated all concession deliveries, press buses, press

courier services, regulated all traffic flow in and out and

around the venue. Scheduled all air traffic in and out of the

venue. Maintained over 100 employees and coordinated all

scheduling and payroll. Maintained over 50 volunteers.

Interfaced with all other LAOOC Departments to insure smooth

running of the 1984 Olympics. Some of the agencies and

government entities I coordinated with and worked with: Ventura

County Sheriffs Department, CHP (primarily the Tri County

Commander Don Leach), CAL TRANS, county of Ventura, CMWD, FBI,

INTERPOL, and other Foreign Government Agencies.

Field Technical Representative/Technical Design Electrician:

Traveled (world wide) extensively, assisting in the design,

operation and repair of our equipment on and offshore,

installition of offshore generators and sub stations, specific

design of deep water pumps for offshore oil drilling in Brazil.

Southern California Electrical Supervisor: This included

construction and of commercial greenhouses, drawing blueprints,

obtaining permits, human resources development for my

department, maintaining supplies, materials, electrical stock,

maintenance of trucks, organizing construction crews, and

providing maintenance and repair programs. Supervised all

electrical personnel. All records, accounts, clients, equipment

and personnel were my responsibility. Electrical construction

and maintenance consisted of: installing underground vaults,

transformers, conduit, wire, service panels, branch panels,

various motors, controllers, and electronic control systems for

ventilation, watering and lighting.

Electrical & Refrigeration Forman: duties included: supervising

all electrical and refrigeration personnel, maintaining all

electrical and refrigeration for all of Yosemite National Park

systems, air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, all

Special High Voltage Electrical Consultant to the US Forest

Service to maintain their Hydro Electrical supply station in

Yosemite National Park. Member Yosemite Park and Curry Company
