Under this title I wore many hats and worked many hours. During my employment I trained several employees

and worked in four different departments pending slow work. Daily duties included shipping merchandise

worldwide using UPS Worldship and FEDEX shipment manager. I spent many hours also helping pick and

pack as well as helping the inventory control department.

While working at this company I performed various duties from engineering several projects for digital

distribution to front desk duties to help with shipping, receiving & order pulling UPS. This was an independent

record label that had artist across the U.S. and U.K. I primarily filled out invoices, pulled orders, scheduled

meetings, arraigned recording sessions, and was responsible for online marketing.

With this assignment I worked on an assignment, working in the scanning department scanning multiple

documents for paperless transfer and order pulling, then for two months I trained in certifications, correcting

errors on our final documents before shipment. Through this assignment my customer services skills and

professional attitude grew tremendously.

The duties I performed daily were contacting customers and clients throughout the daily via email, phone, or

fax, also I would dispatch technicians to perform specified job per client's request, and complete call reports

on a weekly basis.
