of company's Safety Management Team. Prepared RFQ packages for bids,

developed vendor and DBE databases, and oversaw the purchase of all

building and safety materials. Processed rental and subcontractor contract

negotiations for project. Worked with local municipalities and state

offices to ensure project adhered to budgetary requirements and was able to

conserve these alliances over three millions dollars in construction costs.
