Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to take this opportunity to provide a perspective as to my skills and strengths.

I have been working as an Executive Officer in the Mining & Resource sector since 2002. In that time, I have successfully

identified and acquired several significant mining projects. I was also responsible coordinated and operated mining operations

and activities, including but not limited to, geological and drilling programs in the U.S. Canada, Australia, China and Latin

America, and consulted on projects on the African Continent.

My responsibilities in the resource sector have included not only the executive duties, however also the operational duties,

fund raising, liaising with Government officials, shareholder relations and investor relations/public relations roles.

Most recently, I co focused IDH Gold, a company focused on acquiring and developing natural resource projects in the U.S.

In 2006 I founded Dominion Minerals Corp, which acquired and then later defined through exploration work, a significant

copper/gold asset in Panama; Cerro Chorcha.

At Dominion Minerals, aside from my role as Chief Executive Officer, I was also responsible liaising with the Government, the

implementation and upkeep of Social Economics Programs with the Indigenous groups living in and around the project, IR/PR,

fund raising, and compliance with SEC regulations.

In 2005 I was also responsible for the acquisition of a world class phosphate project in Australia owned by Legend International

Holdings.

I have raised in excess of $75,000,000 of financing for these various projects and their related operations.

Competent in many areas of business, my current responsibilities ranged from cultivating and maintaining relationships with

potential strategic and business development partners, including major mining companies, Government officials, investment

funds, broker/dealers, electrical utilities, power companies, and more.

Prior to my involvement in the mining & resource sector, as an integral player in the early days of Ambient Corporation, my

abilities as an intuitive leader were in great part responsible for making the fledgling start up into what it is today.

My diligence is apparent in all endeavors, regardless of their relative importance.

In relationships both in and outside the realm of business, I have the ability to capture the attention of people with whom I

come in contact. My forté is not only attention to details, but also people to people relationships. This has not only assisted

me in initiating relationships, but also in maintaining them, and steering them through challenging periods. I am well organized

IDH Gold LLC, a U.S. based mining and resource company, is focused on acquiring and developing natural

resource projects in the U.S. IDH currently owns three high grade precious and base metals projects located in

Nevada, Arizona and Texas. Was responsible in co founding the company, establishing and implementing the

objectives of the Company, seeking acquisition opportunities, negotiating and closing acquisitions, managing

personnel both in the office and in the field, including, drilling and geological work programs, coordinating

road shows, creating business plans and other collateral materials.

Chorcha. Was responsible for the major discovery, coordination the drilling/geological programs, fund raising,

IR/PR, Government relations, social economic programs with Indigenous leaders and day today operations of

the Company, including maintaining SEC requirements and reporting. Raised in excess of $22,000,000 for the

Company’s projects and its operations. In 2010 the Government of Panama suspended the Company’s license

on the project and the Company became insolvent and is presently seeking resolutions under the Free Trade

Agreement and Bi Literal Investment Treaty between the US and Panama.
