Americold Atlanta, Ga May 2013-November 2013 Logistics Coordinator: 3rd shift supervisor,
dispatched routes and drivers, ensuring that all routes were covered. Direct contact to drivers thru Carrier
Web, company cell phones, and maintaining communications with shippers and consignees. Review all

drivers and new hires. Directly involved in the hiring of new drivers, terminations, accident investigations, All D.O.T.
regulations and compliance. Road testing, testing equipment, Driver manager for 230 drivers.
Pate Dawson Co, Atlanta, Ga: 10/09-5/10: Driver supervisor, duties included dispatching out all routes,
uploading routes into Cadec and scanners, confirming that all trailers were correctly loaded with its proper route,
filled in as driver when needed to ensure the routes were completed.
TLC Logistics, Norcross, Ga: 01/09-09/09:Route driver, to ensure quality and timely deliveries to customers, as
well as ensure adherence to all Federal, State and Local DOT laws.
Dunkin Donuts SE DCP, Groveland,FL:08/06-12/2008: Route driver, deliver product to stores in a timely and
safe manor. Keeping driver logs, and completing all paper work. daily
TNT Logistics, Hollywood, Fl: 01/06 - 08/06: Operations Supervisor, over saw the daily operation of 12 drivers.
Scheduled all routes and equipment, payroll, KPI, and all federal and dot regs.
Lowe's, Pompano Bch, Fl: 08/04 - 01/06 Department Manager: Delivery Responsible for all deliveries, overseeing
a crew of 9 drivers. Reduced overtime by 60%. Met budget goals for the department. Scheduled all employees and
equipment for our department, so that all shifts were covered. Completed all paperwork and reports on time.
Con Way Southern Express, Hialeah, FL 01/04 - 08/04: Freight Operations Supervisor, Responsible for In-Bound
freight, overseeing a crew of 10, and up to 20+ drivers. Met production goals for cross-dock operation and
formulated the plan for each day’s routes.
Recall SDS, Pembroke Park, FL 12/02-01/2004: Destruction Center Manager Responsibilities included the day to
day operations of providing secured data destruction for national and local accounts. Insured the best in customer
service, on time dependability, security levels at their highest. Completed KPI reports, Month end reports, Monthly
P&L statements, Worked within a budget. The reduction of overtime, hired key personnel. Built a strong team of
players, that worked together to achieve the goals we had implemented.
UPS Logistics, Miami, FL 11/98 - 12/02 Driver/Supervisor Responsibilities included the supervision of, and the day
to day operation of delivery drivers, performing deliveries for a major contract account. Interacted with the
management of the Sam’s Clubs to which a driver was assigned. Dealing with and finding solutions to any problem
that may arise. Prepared reports using Microsoft Excel. Previously, I was responsible for making deliveries to a
national account in a 4 state area.
Domino’s Pizza Distribution, Phoenix, AZ 10/97 - 11/98 Route Specialist Responsible for driving route, delivering
product to individual Domino’s franchises. Was entrusted with alarm codes and keys for many stores. Also
responsible for the dating and rotating of stock. Acted as customer service liaison between central commissary and
route store management.
Anderson & Sons Trucking Co Phoenix, AZ 03/95 - 10/97 Operations Manager Responsibilities included control
over the day to day delivery of LTL freight for the Phoenix terminal; including setting appointments, scheduling line
haul runs, scheduling employees, hiring and termination of drivers, dockworkers, and office personnel. Routing local
delivery trucks, disposition of over, short and damaged freight, customer liaison between interline and their agents,
updating data in the system.
Centurion Transport, Tempe, AZ 09/89 - 03/95 Vise President of Operations Responsibilities included making
sales calls to company accounts, submitting rate proposals, handling contracts with accounts, overseeing claims,
assisting with accounts receivables, accounts payable and driver payroll. Other responsibilities included dispatching
loads, brokering freight, and the leasing of independent contractors.
