Job description /Responsibilities:
• Work with QA Manager, to develop sanitation procedure and verify the Pre-op in the plant.
• Conduct Internal, Organic, Allergen audit and assist in SQF audit. Write SOPs and SSOPs.
• Supervisor/Lead contact person for the Pest Control and Sanitation contractors in the plant.
• Develop, introduce and verify the policies, procedures to support the CFIA-FSEP, Organic,
MOP, Canned Foods, Allergen, HACCP and SQF Program.
• Verify and monitor required standards to ensure food safety at all stages of the operation,
including receiving, production, packaging and shipping.
