SAP Security Advisor

* Instrumental in getting SOX compliant. Contributed heavily in developing a SoD conflict matrix and also in developing and building the SoD rules (functions and risks) in GRC 5.3. Also redesigned SAP security roles and reduced the number of roles by 25%.

* Designs, develops and maintains 2500+ composite roles, 4750+ single roles and derivatives using Profile Generator in ECC 6.0 (FI, HR, MM, PM, SD), APO, CRM and BW.

* Consults with helpdesk to resolve issues and troubleshoot support problems involving role and authorizations errors.

* Works with the business process owners and identifies sensitive transactions and security authorizations to develop an SOD matrix for segregation of duties across business areas.

* ConAgra Foods, 1-Year Contract, Omaha, NE: Developed MM roles and derivatives using Profile Generator (SAP version 4.6c). Generated CATT scripts to build 8,800 plant-based derivatives for redesigned MM roles. Designed and built Security SOD database in MS Access.

* Baker Hughes Inc, 13-Month Contract, Houston, TX: Upgraded SAP version 4.0b security Task (T) and Responsibilities (RY) to SAP version 4.7 Activity Groups (AG) with derivatives. Utilized Access databases to facilitate and analyze the role conversion to SAP version 4.7. Created load process using Access databases, Excel spreadsheets and CATT scripts to load security assignments to Positions (S) in the new SAP 4.7 production system.

* Lyondell-Equistar, 6-Month Contract, Houston, TX: Managed and supported the production rollout to new transaction based roles/profiles for Purchasing, Materials Management, and Human Resources in Europe (SAP version 4.6).

* Graybar Electric Inc, 6-Month Contract, St Louis, MO: Served as technical lead and trained 4 SAP-security employees. Developed a handbook, which is still in use, and documented the HR-driven security-load process and an emergency user-driven security load process. Developed 35+ activity groups and derivatives using Profile Generator (SAP version 4.6c) for APO, CRM and SAP modules MM, SD and HR. Trained four new SAP security administrators in PFCG concepts and position-based security. Designed and built HR security load process.
