PROJECT:

A daptive control method for the consistency control valve on Pulp

Section in a Pulp & Paper I ndust ry

D escription: Our main idea was to create a miniature of a pulp and paper industry. In

our project, by adapting to the input condition, the consistency level is maintained in

t ank which gives fine pulp as its output which will be useful for paper formation.

M y role : Keyence PLC Programming and contributed myself in assembling the

Mechanical parts of our project.

INTERNSHIP & IN-PLANT EXPERIENCE:

• M a rketing I n te rn a t Vie Soleil Engineers Private Limited from March 2014 – June

2014.

I t is a Workshop cum Internship program where we experienced on ON-grid and OFF-

g rid solar systems. And also we learned about preparing Bill of Material for major solar

p rojects. As a intern, I played a role in establishing a tie-ups with college and

Conducting Workshop.

2012 to 27 Dec 2012

During the training period, I learned about various types of sensors, switches, relays,

semi automation system, fuel injection system.
