Description of responsibilities for two major projects:

Supply Management Parts and Services Optimization

Ensure the review, validation and implementation of the procedures,

guidelines and instruction along the chain supply for requisitions of

spares parts and services ( Operations side for P2P process) (Operations

side).

Coordinates labour and resources to implement present solution and

continuous improvement for the "Critical Spare Parts", stock strategy

inclusive.

Coordinate labour and resources in all activities related to updated,

validate the Bill of Material (BOM) for all equipment in the plant, close

collaboration with maintenance planners and stock analyst, in order to

optimize the spare parts inventory.

CMMs (Maximo 7) implementation project Manager

Coordinate the implementation of the plant assets codification, for further

Coordinates and administers planning activities ( daily, monthly, annual

maintenance).

Coordination with procurement department in order to define standards of

acceptance for spare parts and services.

Coordinates and participates the development of preventive maintenances

routines (PMR) and monitors the schedules routines for condition monitoring

(i.e Infrared, vibration and oil analysis) and lubrication management.

Develop the maintenance annual budget for the plant maintenance department.
