Description of responsibilities for two major projects:
Supply Management Parts and Services Optimization
Ensure the review, validation and implementation of the procedures,
guidelines and instruction along the chain supply for requisitions of
spares parts and services ( Operations side for P2P process) (Operations
side).
Coordinates labour and resources to implement present solution and
continuous improvement for the "Critical Spare Parts", stock strategy
inclusive.
Coordinate labour and resources in all activities related to updated,
validate the Bill of Material (BOM) for all equipment in the plant, close
collaboration with maintenance planners and stock analyst, in order to
optimize the spare parts inventory.
CMMs (Maximo 7) implementation project Manager
