S KILLS

Experience operating all basic machine shop equipment: Lathes,

Mills, Surface Grinders, Jig Borers, Drill Presses, and Overhead

Cranes. I possess excellent troubleshooting and problem solving

skills. I have extensive knowledge of welding procedures. I am

especially skilled in welding procedures related to tool and die repair.

I have excellent hand working and punch finishing skills, and I can

read an operational panel and spot grind in the press. I have good

computer skills using the following soft wares: Microsoft Word,

shift. I assigned jobs to toolmakers, schedule and lead die repairs,

schedule PM’s, and order die components and tooling for the shop.

I also helped recruit, interview, and hire tool and die personnel.
