• Provide daily operational review/quality control for a team of 10-12 individuals in support of 500 contracts (T&M,
Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price) for the Army, Air Force, Navy Marine Corp and Joint Combatant Commands markets.
Responsibilities include contract set up in accounting system, timely invoicing of incurred cost, collections and close-
out activities. Annual revenue for contract base in excess of $800M.
• Oversaw team, which consistently achieved 100% monthly billing productivity target for incurred cost. Team’s
efficiency resulted in optimal DSO results and cash flow for the firm.
• Established Key Controls related to SOX. Implemented process to track compliance against Key Controls on a
monthly basis. Monthly tracking/reporting of staff results drove department efficiency resulting in no material audit
deficiencies for internal/external audits.

staff and customer. Two recent efforts on my part returned $65K and $85K back to profit after receivables were
deemed write offs.

Federal Government Billing Manager April 2003 – October 2004

• Responsible for day to day management of FTS2001 Federal Government Telecommunications Contract. The
FTS2001 contract is the umbrella agreement for all government agencies.
• Oversaw the monthly delivery of electronic files and invoicing for over 20 product offerings totaling $35M per
month.
