operates its fabrication facilities in Mexico and showrooms in the USA.
Director of Operations
Ensured that the company’s everyday activities run smoothly, throughout daily meetings to review the ‘Score
Card’ with all the KPI’s. Monitored revenue margins and operational efficiency, implemented new directives
for growth. Liaised between sales and manufacturing capacity through rough cut capacity planning meetings.
MAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS
Successfully handled $9MM P&L responsibility, 7 directs and 153 indirect reports
Introduced Italian white marbles on the array of products increasing sales by 8% (0.8MM)
