Hiring Committee
Pet Dairy Farms and Foods Limited
Toronto, ON
Dear Hiring Committee:
As a self- motivated and team oriented individual with food science/food safety interests, I am
applying for positions in your Food Science and Technology and Customer Service branches.
I became aware of this position while canvassing Indeed's website. Currently, I am enrolled in
the part-time for Food Science program at University of Guelph.
When I worked as an Administrative Clerk, I dealt with a high call volume environment,
with customers being the first priority and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
with diverse students. I worked primarily with students over the phone to book appointments,
direct and provide advice to students on how to proceed with their enrollment steps, as well
as managed correspondences. I believe that these acquired skills will be an assets when,
communicating with clients and providing information within their timeframe, in order to
maintain high client satisfaction.
Furthermore, my experience working as a Research Technician has provided me the skills
in reviewing study logs for Quality Control purposes. I also have 6 months of laboratory
experience, which I believe would be beneficial to understanding and following any SOPS, also
with adhering to company guidelines.
I would like to thank you for considering my application, and I hope to hear from you, so that I
discuss my suitability within your organization.
Thank you,
Jenelle Pompey
