DoD, Defense Logistics (DLA Troop Support), at the Defense Supply Center – Philadelphia (DSCP) to

design and manage the implementation of multiple Food Service Logistics/Distribution and

transportation projects for the sustainment sub-systems and the e-Government (portal) supporting the

Common Food Management System (CFMS) program for USN (United States Navy) and USMC

(United States Marine Corps). Documented, monitored and evaluated the control deficiencies for the

‘Internal Controls and Compliance’ committee Under ITGC and SOX 404 guidelines - documented,

Federal Government US CIS (immigration and naturalization) contract for JPMorgan Chase.

Responsible for forms identification and OCR/ICR installation using software solutions, including:

eFLOW, TIS and TMS. Maintain the client’s portal. Manage and report on project financials, change

request, conflict management, and design issues. Coordinate and provide leadership for IT professionals

in a complex matrix environment, as well as creating, documenting and monitoring the change approval

UBICS Pittsburgh, PA 2/2007 through 6/2008

Program Manager

Simultaneous customization and implementation of the Red Prairie base product software (WMS) and

SCM, Labor Management and Transportation) for: General Electric, Subaru of North America and

Cummins. Implementation of Supply Chain Management principles, production planning, inventory

management, demand-based replenishment, purchasing for Merchants Terminal and ConAgra. The

completion of each of implementation represented a net income of $1.2 to $1.8 million. This is contract
