INNOVATIVE EMPLOYEE SOLUTIONS, INC. @ TRANSCORE, INC., Houston, TX, 77041
October 2012 to April 2013
Assembling transportation, logistics, and vehicle - tracking that monitor intersections or RFID
technology that makes Open Road Tolling Systems, (ORT). These systems are called Electronic Toll
Collection System Solutions. This approach offers the convenience of free flowing travel without the
congestion and stress caused by toll booths. My responsibility was to build and assemble digital lane
systems which is blade based single function modules that is interchangeable and upgradable. The basic
assembly process is to install Ethernet crossover patch cables, category 5e patch cords, data cabling.
Assembled raw cables using tools provided. Knowledge of punch press crimping, power/hand tools, color
code, twisted paired communication cables. Assembled, soldered connectors, inspected, and tested wiring
installations for assurance of connect ability. Connected multi-conductor and twisted-paired cables to the
chassis wiring units, then soldered into place onto electronic devices within the rack enclosure. Read and
interpret schematics, work order instructions, blueprints, bill of materials, and engineer drawings of
specification completion of tasks for assurance of customer satisfaction.
