Accomplishments for my Customer Service experience has been learning and
putting all my effort in everything that I do, from beginning to end.
Accomplishments for the Merchant Services Department started as a trainer and
within a year I was able to move to a higher position, handling all kinds of calls
from training, billing, cancellation and reactivating accounts, reporting all
negative data, reporting paid at store payments and documenting in customer
and merchant account files.
With my previous employment I had numerous office duties such as marketing,
