MAIN PROJECT:
TITLE: SIMULATION OF PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDS USING UNIGRAPHICS (NX 8),
MOLD FLOW ANALYSIS SOFTWARE'S & FABRICATION OF PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDS
USING ADVANCED MACHINING PROCESSES.
(The main idea behind this project is to understand the user requirement
and correspondingly design and manufacture a plastic injection mould (for
manufacture of plastic and other related products) using simulations
software's and incorporating GD&T standards, and drawing manufacturing
sheets for each product and manufacturing them with the aid of advanced
manufacturing processes such as CNC milling, ELECTRODE sparking etc).
