Fluor (Greenville, SC) – Construction Site Manager, 10/12 to 01/03/14

Provide General Contractor Management for: Dam Neck Annex, Virginia Beach, VA.

Manage the installation and safety final phases of the secure areas being finish and commission. These

areas included security / fire installation, office space and furniture, HVAC Penthouse operations and

secure generator room. Set up vendor’s schedules and provided a contractor management program for

scheduling meetings, budgeting review, conference calls and change order reviews.

Provided a training program and conducted final inspections. This was a 5 million project which cover a

15,000 sq. footage of work area. The turn around schedule was critical for completion base on the support

for the National Security of the United States.

Kaseman, LLC (Mclean, VA) – Construction Project Manager, 09/11 to 10 /12

Provide construction services for: Surabaya, Indonesia New US Consulate Compound.

My management responsibility included the final phases of the secure areas being finish and commission.

Revised the budget / forecasting final schedules, implemented a more affect change order procedures. I

revised the contract agreements with the vendors for a better rollout schedule. I conducted daily

conference calls and weekly meeting with the State Department. The areas included security / fire

installation, office space and furniture installation, HVAC Penthouse operations and secure generator

room.

Facilities Development Corporation, (Reston, VA) – Construction Project Manager, 08/10 to 09/11

Provide design and construction services for: the renovation of an existing warehouse to office space and

the construction of a new Compound Access Control (CAC) building at the compound of the US

Embassy in Bangladesh using the design-build delivery method. This installation included a Fire Pump

Room and a 200,000 gallons water storage building, high security installation, secure safe haven and

generator room. My Microsoft Office experience allowed me to designs construction schedules, budget

spending, meetings itinerary, change orders / RFI’s and a logistics spreadsheet

Facilities Development Corporation, (Reston, VA) – Construction Project Manager, 1/06 to 07/10

Coordinate and oversee the construction of three major tenant retrofit projects exceeding 125,000 sq. ft.

and $1,250.000 for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) / U.S. Dept. of Treasury.

Developed and provided budgetary cost estimates for construction design and construction. Prepared

scopes of work for internal designers and contract Architect/Engineers. Ensured the accuracy and

timeliness of contractor progress, invoice /material submittals and other required and recurring

documentation, budget spending, coordinate meetings and weekly schedule meetings.

Facilities Development Corporation, (Reston, VA) – Construction Superintendent, 7/05 to 12/05

Supervised installation of a classified security alarm systems supporting the Naval Missile Tracking Site,

at an undisclosed location in California. This operation supported the United States Early Warning

Systems and Space Support Facilities. This project included an undisclosed budget/project dollar amount.

Facilities Development Corporation, (Reston, VA) – Construction Superintendent, 11/04 to 6/05

Supervised the installation of an analog / addressable fire alarm, dual channel voice communication

system and smoke detection system. This was an upgrade for the Executive Office of the President

located in the Winder Building in Washington, D.C.

Adtech Systems – (San Antonio, TX) - Project Manager/Cad Operations/Installation Technician,

9/01 to 11/03

Cad Operations/Installation Technician provided secure installation support for the US Embassy-Tel Aviv,

Israel. This included installation of primary cameras and backlights surrounding the Embassy grounds.

Erected pop-up barriers, anti-ram gates, Control Access Centers (CAC) and a 6 way- 4 inch underground

duct bank. Supported interior renovations consisting of 2 Security Command Centers and installed state

of the art security systems supporting the primary and internal areas of the Embassy. Retro-fitted all

SCIF rooms to accommodate new security devices and an uninterrupted-power-source to provide power

to the electrical panels.

Project Manager for the security / electrical upgrade of the US Embassy- Chad. Coordinated and over saw

the installation of 10,000 feet of underground duct bank. Directed the installation of over 150,000 feet of

electrical and data cables to support this operation. Directed the installing of an 800 amps Transfer

Switches, Digital Auto Voltage Regulator, and 400 KVA Generator. Upgraded Main Switch Gear

equipment that received incoming local city power supervised and installed security cameras / lights, door

alarms, motor driven anti-ram gates and barriers.

Provide new power source and alarms necessary to meet standards in all enclosure rooms.

Triton Service Inc. – Sterling, VA Electrical Superintendent 2/97 to 2/98

Coordinated and oversaw a $21 million dollar electrical upgrade at the US Embassy – Paris, France.

Directed and managed a staff of 15 – 20 Electricians / Structure craftsmen. Scheduled the installation of

544 new acoustical ceilings and energy efficient 2x4 parabolic fluorescent lighting in the CAA.

Successfully handled the renovation of two main switch gear vaults. Renovated an additional FBI /Legat

SCIF room and reconstructed a new room to accept a “Bubble”. Additionally, completed all remaining

hook-ups for this room. Conducted all administrative duties and work schedules. Performed as-built

changes using AutoCAD 14. Developed and implemented a schedule resulting in the finishing of two of

the three major contracts ahead of schedule.

U.S Air Force (Misawa Air Base, Japan) – Electrical Coordinator – Mobile Engineer Alteration and

Repair Team 7/89 to 7/93

Performed major electrical construction and renovations at various Air Force Intelligence Installations

and U.S. Embassies worldwide. Installed electronic security systems for world-wide surveillance

entities. Established system electrical power and uninterruptable power sources (UPS) for security

enclosures. Assisted both subordinates and supervisors in identifying and resolving problems with

planning scheduling. Coordinated and oversaw all Safety Programs and information regarding Hazardous

Communication for Material Handlers. Provided directions and assistance aiding in the establishment of

Passport/Visa procedures and secure hotel/travel reservations.

Note: Specific SCIF Room experience can be discussed in more detail in person due to the sensitive

locations and status during those operations up to the present time.
