Service & Repair: Adept at installing, maintaining, & troubleshooting HVAC equipment, as well
as performing preventive maintenance. Able to install HVAC system by verifying the installation is
conducted in compliance with local regulations. Able to maintain and operate electronic controls
systems for HVAC and related components, as well as inspect and test building control management
systems for proper operations.
Equipment Installation: Expertise in estimating, reading blueprints related to HVAC installation,
& leading installation of HVAC equipment and related components. Ability to calibrate, repair and
install components of building control management systems, respond to problems with HVAC

and equipment such as a sheet metal brake, metal shear, Pittsburg machine, snap-lock machine, and
TDC. Proficient in cutting, bending, and straightening sheet metal; shaping metal over anvils,
blocks, or forms using hammer operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal
parts; inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces. Able to fabricate
on-site.
