PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support high level Executives, Partners and

Directors with administrative support by performing efficiently, timely and

comprehensively various complex administrative support functions, typically of a

confidential/sensitive nature with integrity and discretion. Some of those tasks

include, but are not limited to:

Maintain constant communication with high level executives to review current

deliverables on task list and ensure they were prepared, organized and ready for

multiple sources such as Marketing Call Reports, Expense Reports for Accounting and

Time Keeping reports for Billing Department, as requested. Submit weekly reports

Independently manage multiple administrative projects such as schedule

appointments, set up local/international telephone conferences, Skype conferences,

webinars, etc., for the Executives as requested. Manage a high workload volume
