Conducted the technical consulting service as a senior engineer of SK Telecom in

B razil (CDMA) and Thailand (GSM).

Managed t he budget of $1.5billion per year, exhumed t he vendors, new technologies,

and solutions.

Developed the BTS, RF Functional Block, Repeaters, DAS, DMB Gap Filler, the

O &M tools such a Remote Monitoring System to enhance the performance or QoS of

overlaid networks with CDMA (1x, EVDO), WCDMA, WiMAX.
