Endicott Interconnect, the former PCB manufacturing unit of
IBM. Oversaw the Debtor's asset sale process and performed
independent valuation. Re-negotiated Asset Purchase
Agreement. Guided China- and Taiwan-based creditor
representatives through the sale process and advised on
recovery strategies.
. Operational turnaround of premier, $400 million revenue
kitchen cabinet maker in Kreamer, PA. Stabilized client's
EBITDA performance by performing a rolling 13-week cash flow
analysis, monitoring each division's financial and
operational performance, and pushing optimizations through
top leaders despite resistance. Monitored client's
performance until its EBITDA rose above covenant
requirement. Negotiated forbearance agreement with Citizens
Bank, the largest lender.
. Restructuring consulting for Coby Electronics, a $400mm
electronics manufacturer based in Long Island. Stabilized
client's cash bleed by analysing short-term cash needs and
devising short-term cash strategies. Represented client in
negotiations with Woori Bank, the largest lenders. Helped
negotiate a forbearance agreement for client.
