• Responsible for small to medium size client application development projects ranging
from application enhancements to completely new applications. Managed team of
offshore resources for application development. Performed requirements review and
analysis, worked with development teams to provide ROM estimates and detailed
estimates. Produced project timeline utilizing MS Project. Performed weekly project
status/utilization reporting and end of project defect summarization and defect
removal efficiency.
• Responsible for periodic client meetings (weekly to monthly) in multiple application
areas with the purpose of discussing current software issues, active projects and

• Involved in the inbound and outbound migrations for Dobson, Telecorp, Vivo, Suncom,
Triton, Cox, and Cricket.
• Cricket migration was most recent, starting in 2009 and involved migration of
approximately 5M customers with the responsibility of leading the data mapping activities
relative to client and destination systems as well as leading development team. It was
implemented into production in the spring of 2011 and was a “record setting” migration in the
opinion of the client’s project consultant (Deloitte). Responsible as the mapping and
development lead on the second inbound migration for Cricket involving a new market
purchase of less than 1M customers and this was migrated into production with zero data
defects.
Systems Analyst – Multiple Business Unit Teams, 10/1998-11/2004
Responsible for the initial implementation of Data Warehouse extraction
functionality for clients. Ongoing support and enhancement of the Data
Warehouse for these clients involved client interfacing, requirements review,
analysis, design, code and testing of software (small java application)
Responsible for support and maintenance of ATLYS billing subsystem.
Responsible for new development, support and maintenance of Selfcare
application.
Responsible for analysis, design, coding, and testing for the SRM (Service
