- Interviews HR assistant applicants (second interview) and supervisors and heads (initial interview)

- Does the infraction or the grievance handling for the manufacturing plant and office personnel.

- Does the memorandum (announcement of special holidays, feng shui requirements, schedule of mass

every month, and other company announcements)

- Enrolls TIN for the newly-hired employees

- Does the safety shoes input for the safety shoes request of the Engineering and Safety Department.

- Assists in the food distribution during events
