Sales Director - Responsible for all aspects sales for multiple lines of
products and services, including: access control and surveillance,
electronic toll collection, video audit and parking systems worldwide.
Latest assignment involved capture of project and responsibility for
monitoring the testing of the new ETC System for the Transportation
Infrastructure Corporation's (Vancouver, BC) Port Mann Bridge Project.
HNTB Wayne, NJ (2/2010 - 5/2011)
Sr. Project Manager - Responsible for the development of procurement
documents for the Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT) Public-
Private Partnership (P3) Northwest Corridor Managed Lane Project and
Georgia's State Road and Tollway Authority's (SRTA) Customer Service Center
Operations Project. Working collaboratively with each of the
aforementioned organizations, successfully developed Request for Proposals
(RFP) for both projects and a Concept of Operations document for the
Managed Lane Project that provides a foundation for the operations of its
Electronic Toll Collection System (ETCS) and Intelligent Transportation
System (ITS).
InTranS Group, Inc. Carle Place, NY (2006-2009)
Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President - Direct responsibility
for all tolling business development efforts for the Americas and the
oversight of the day-to-day operations of InTranS. Reporting directly to
the CEO/President, managed the company's operations, including business
development, marketing, communications, proposals, as well as all project
management related functions. Worked collaboratively with other segments
of the CS-ITS family of companies throughout the world, and establishing
strategic partnering relationships, provided a strong foundation for this
undertaking.
Parsons Transportation Group Buffalo, NY (1999-2003)
Sr. Director, ETTM Programs - Directly responsible for all aspects of
Parsons' Electronic Toll & Traffic Management Systems (ETTM) line of
business, including business development, product development, and project
management of design/build, lump sum, and turnkey tolling opportunities.
Personally spearheaded the capture of the project and responsible for the
overall design, development and deployment of one of the most advanced and
highly accountable toll collection systems in the U.S. for the Burlington
County Bridge Commission.
MFS Network Technologies, Inc. Mt Laurel, NJ (1993-1999)
Vice President of Operations - Instrumental in the strategic and tactical
planning and deployment of MFS' tolling systems throughout the world,
including the capture of the $600 million Regional Consortium contract.
Responsible for all aspects of operations, including direction of more than
300 employees, and dozens of projects throughout the world.
Cubic Toll Systems, Inc. Hauppauge, NY (1987-1993)
Director of Sales and Proposal Development - Headed capture teams and
development activities to acquire and deliver over $50 million of tolling
business worldwide.
Automatic Toll Systems, Inc. Mt. Vernon, NY (1980-1987)
General Manager, Computerized Toll Systems Division - Direct responsibility
for the successful capture and implementation of computerized toll systems
on a global scale.
Raytheon Missile Systems Division Bedford, Mass (1978-1980)
Software Project Manager - Successfully developed and deployed Patriot
Missile System Training Simulator that was used by NATO members' armed
forces. Role included on-site support of project for one year at White
Sands, NM where I was privileged to work with various departments of
Raytheon, and our armed forces and was selected to launch a Patriot Missile
that successfully intercepted a Hercules-NIKE missile, thereby attaining
factory demonstration acceptance.
