The EMALS Program currently is in both development and in production. The production efforts on the EMALS
program exceed $500M. The production efforts are multiyear and started in late 2009.
As the production PM my responsibilities included planning, reporting, managing, and analyzing the
performance of all assigned subordinate efforts and the coordination of all EMALS production activities.
I was responsible for the day to day communication with several subcontractors.
Preparing for and presenting at weekly Integrated Management Team (IMT) meeting with the customer.
Attending and helping in running the weekly Production Status meeting with Production Account Managers
(PAMs).
Preparing and presenting at the weekly Senior Management Meeting.

The TAIS Program is a well established fielded program for nearly 10 years and is the primary GDC4S BMSD
Huntsville based program. The development efforts on the TAIS program exceed $20M annually.
As the Senior EPL my responsibilities include planning, reporting, managing, and analyzing the performance
of all assigned subordinate efforts and coordinate the technical coordination of the engineering team.
My responsibilities also include reviewing and assisting the preparation of ROMs
My responsibilities also include managing the overall cost, schedule, performance of the project, maintaining
the IMS, and EV related data and updates. Which writing VARs, BCRs, and reviewing CPRs.
My responsibilities also include providing concurrence on recommended changes to requirements and design
configuration.

resources, organizational interfaces, and project task scope.

Senior Engineering Project Leader (EPL) / Deputy Program Manager for the IBCS Program
The IBCS Program was scheduled to be a multiyear program well in excess of $150M for BMSD. GD was a
subcontractor to Raytheon who was the prime. This program consisted of a multi company team which included 4
different divisions of GD.
My responsibilities were to coordinate the technical content of the work products produced by all 4 divisions
of GD.
As the Senior EPL and Deputy PM, I was the second in charge for the program interface to Raytheon for the
day to day activities.
My responsibilities also included assisting the PM in preparing/presenting program status as well as the
technical status.
My responsibilities also included preparing the IMS and maintaining the IMS for all 4 divisions. This also
included maintaining/reporting the EV related data and updates.
My responsibilities also included maintaining the staffing needs for only the BMSD IBCS requirements and
needs.

Program Manager for AMRAAM AIM 120B SWUP Upgrade
Continuation of the previous PM assignments with the same responsibilities as before.
Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the EKV Program
The EKV is one of the major MDA programs with Raytheon being the sub to Boeing as the prime.
My responsibilities as one of many CAMs was handling a ~$100M account which included the financial
reports generated using Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Responsibilities also included the status reporting of not only CPI & SPI, but also where the program is using
Rate charts, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk/Mitigation, and actions/concerns.
Additional responsibilities were to prepare Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and Variance Analysis Reports
(VARs). Also, present the results at weekly financial status reporting meetings.

Program Manager for AMRAAM AIM 120B SWUP Upgrade
The AIM 120B SWUP Upgrade program is a 20 month effort with Live Fire Testing. The upgrade consists of a
few major software capabilities and rolling some existing Software Trouble Reports (STRs). The software shall be
tested at all levels of testing including ACE TESTING and Live Fire Testing. This program is being developed
both here in Tucson and at a Subcontractor Facility in Florida.
My responsibilities included the coordination of all activities during the development and testing on this
program. They also include subcontractor management of the subcontractor being used on this program.
My responsibilities also consisted of the financial reporting to the Customer and tat RMS weekly meeting
& monthly Product Line Reviews (PLRs). The status reporting not only included reporting CPI & SPI, but
where the program is using Rate charts, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk/Mitigation, and
actions/concerns. The program is a level 3 program and IPDS is tailored as a level 3 program. The financial
reports are generated using EVMS.
Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the PRP Program
The PRP Program is a 60 month $65M program and consisted of hardware replacement, software Re host, and
additional software upgrades.
I was responsible for the IMS and financial reporting on this program.
