To Whom It May Concern:

This Letter of Recommendation is for Kerry-Ann Bartels. I have known Kerry-

Ann and her familyfor a few years. I have had the pleasure of being her daughter’s Dean

of Students in our Middle/Elementary School. Her daughter is well versed in the world of

STEM Education and has presented many concepts at our Community Meeting. I believe

this confidence is a testament to her parents. Kerry-Ann is a devoted and caring parent.

Since that time, Kerry-Ann has entered our district as a Classroom Substitute.

She has “worn many hats!” She first started in our building servicing young learners from

grades 4-7. Within that timeframe,she has moved onto being a presence in our Primary

School. She has made a positive impression on many stakeholders in our district.

I have enjoyed working with Kerry on many levels. We have had many robust

conversations about the philosophy of education and how it applies to young learners.

She comes from a long lineage of educators. She has a passion for allowing young

children to grow.

As a Substitute Teacher, you can see and feel her commitment in her approach.

This year, it was nice to see her working with the second grade team and helping them

present their Memorial Day Program.

She knows her strengths and weaknesses. She is willing to grow whenever the

situation is presented. I encourage her to continue pursuing and improving her

credentials and techniques as she applies them to any part of her professional career.

I recommend Kerry-Ann for anyposition her qualifications permit. Please feel
