Arwa Asiri is a pharmacist by education who chose a career as a sales
p rofessional to appeal to her competitive nature. The challenge drives
her success.
Her experience in sales started 14 years ago; eventually Arwa earned her
spot as an area sales supervisor in a world renown surgical equipment
f i rm (Johnson & Johnson).
Through this period, Arwa worked collaboratively within a group, helped
l aunching new products, managed big accounts, and trained junior sales
staff members.
Arwa’s consistent over achievement was a result of her patience,
hardworking team player, commitment, honesty and excellent product
k nowledge.
Her friendly supportive attitude made it easy for her to start and
maintain a good relationship not just with her customers, but also with
her colleagues & managers.
Finally Arwa decided that she wanted to learn how to utilize her
strengths and overcome her weaknesses in order to be able to make a
d ifference and make a change by doing her I M HL (International Masters
of Health leadership) at McGill University.

accounts in Qatar. I was also responsible to prepare a Strategic Business
planning for my accounts.
Achievements: Consistent over achievement of target and ability to grow the

of 80% in all my accounts.
Position: Senior Bariatric Specialist for 3 years where I was only responsible
for sales and marketing for Bariatric business in Qatar with a 1000 case/year.
