MIS-Projects & Acquisition

Generating MIS Report of TIS & Acquisition Department:

Weekly Summary Report (Client Wise / Acquisition Executive wise)

Coordinating and interacting with accounts department regarding payments made to sub -contractors &vendors and

conducting follow-up for company’s payment from varies client like NCR, AGS & FIS.

Monthly Report (Client wise / Acquisition Executive wise)

Daily Update Master Tracker Sheet (Client’s Feedback & Received Site’s sourcing details from Acquisition Team)

Preparing MIS Sheet & sending Reports & Update to clients (seek for feedback and approval / any update received

from LL / Rent Negotiation / LOI pending / Agreement Pending / Rent Start Date / etc….)

Maintaining & Generating the MIS Report on commission received from landlord and clients.
