Manage all aspects of daily farm operations
Feed inventory
Daily reports on feed and water consumption
Daily barn walks to detect faltering blowers or issues with egg belts and/or manure belts.
Work with BDI, Grainger, Big Dutchman, Moba, and other suppliers to ensure availability of
parts and farm storage inventory.
Work to maintain above standard HD percentages.
Enforce biosecurity program and train employees on proper biosecurity measures.
