Social Media & Marketing Internship
Cold Stone Creamery, Evanston, IL (May 2013 August 2013)
As a social media & marketing intern for Cold Stone Creamery, I was in charge of managing their social
media and updating, replying, and posting pictures to their online accounts. Customer engagement was my
top priority. I managed their area trade map to help Cold Stone Creamery reach their target market. This
map included competitors, schools, major businesses, churches, events and organizations within a 5 mile
radius of the business. Part of my tasks also included reaching out to community organizations for
fundraiser purposes and working directly with local charities.
