Directly manage staff of two AVPs and four Sr. Analysts in the United States and act as management
advisor for India surveillance team of 15 analysts. Responsible for overseeing the monthly watchlist
production on 500+ securitized portfolios, 16 FNMA portfolios, and 8 third party contracts: Total of 3,000 +
loans reported. Manage 2,000+ rating agency, CREFC investor, and other third party surveillance requests
annually on performing and defaulted commercial properties. Designed and implemented quality assurance
program for global surveillance team, resulting in a 96% positive quality rating. Designed and implemented
watchlist training program for the transition to India of full scale watchlist reporting. Extracted, analyzed
and reported performance information for monthly and quarterly senior management reports. Chaired
subcommittee in 2013 to develop new CREFC watchlist guidelines. Took over office management

Team Lead for Commercial Real Estate Surveillance Team consisting of two supervisors and twelve
analysts in two U.S. locations. Loan portfolio types include CMBS, FNMA, and third party servicing. Due
to downsizing and reorganizations, responsibilities increased over time from individual contributor to team
lead. Acted as main liaison for India off-shore team. Developed and implemented several process
improvements resulting in greater cost efficiency by off-shoring watchlist responsibilities to India team.

Responsible for the daily management of nine CMBS portfolios with stated balances over $8 billion. As the
single portfolio contact, liaised with asset managers, rating agencies, borrower legal counsel, internal loan
servicing representatives, and outside servicing correspondents to resolve issues related to mortgage and
legal servicing requirements. Developed expert knowledge of commercial loan servicing, mortgage note
requirements, third party servicing contracts, credit ratings process, performing asset management, and
defaulted loan asset management. Served as asset manager for loan defeasances from start to closing with
