communication, and negotiable collections skills, arrange payment plans, submit bankruptcy, deceased,

fraud and cccs information in system.

• Submit correction, updates and research requests accordingly. Skip trace or researched accounts with no

home or work number.

• Arrange and submit settlement for pre charge off accounts,

Bankcard Collector / Data Prep Trainer

• Notify delinquent card holder and advise effective presentation to reduce delinquency ratio. Analyzed

and adjusted credit reports for reinstatement or incorrect reporting. Monitor customer financial status for

alternate payment plans. Collect and submit information for bankruptcy, deceased, cccs, disputes and
