Dover Interfaith Mission - Dover, DE - January 2014 to May 2014

I was responsible for co-leading group therapy sessions for an hour and a half two days a week. I was also put

on a team that focused on "job building skills" for the homeless men. This was a mandatory training program

that helped the homeless men transition into a 21st century job. Responsibilities included reviewing and editing

resumes, conducting practice interviews, look for alternative careers and help build their fragile confidence. I

was fortunate enough to see great results that were a byproduct of my teams hard work and dedication.

Sourcing Assistant

Bergin Partners Corp - June 2011 to 2012

As a sourcing assistant I performed duties that encompassed social media and database searches for

medical device candidates in the areas of wound care, cardiology, critical care and ophthalmology. Selecting,

contacting and vetting resumes for recruitment process outsourcing firm specializing in the medical device

sector. The position required understanding position specifications, geographic territories and compensation

plans. Additionally, I was responsible for sending appropriate/viable candidates to talent acquisition consultants

for their open requisitions.
