Organization: 1. As a PM, I oversaw project, hiring and approving work

completed by subcontractors as well as negotiating contracts and

developing a budget, along with a timeline for completion of the

project. Responsible for resolving issues with either the

subcontractors or government officials. Worked as liaison

between the construction team, architects, designers and the

owners/stakeholders of the project to facilitate communication,

decision making and problem solving. Spent time assisting in the

design, contracting and the construction of new and rehabilitative

building projects. As a PM work to implement efficient building

practices that span a project from design to completion. I worked

to control cost, waste and worked to insure that the project was

completed on time and within budget guidelines.

As a estimator I have estimated asphalt, concrete, traffic striping,

carpet, painting, roofing, and other construction components.

I have been an owner of my own Asphalt Company and

Commercial Cleaning Company.

HOA meetings.
